Watamu Beach Holidays Letting 2 Bedrooms

Watamu is a superb beach destination famous for the turtle breeding, spectacular holiday homes, sparkling white sandy beaches and cool ocean breeze.


Burudani house is an ocean front house with 2 bedroom house which can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The house is set high on a cliff overlooking the Mida Creek and the Indian Ocean. The property has one bedroom and one twin room both fitted with mosquito net, air-conditions, each with en-suite bathroom and overhead fan. There is a large living room with dining area inside and seating area outside on the terrace.  A separate guest room is available for additional 2 guests though it is not in main house. The house has beach access and its well protected by a guard and fully staffed with a well equipped kitchen.


Amani House is a Lamu styled house located on the front of white beaches of Mida in Watamu.  The house accommodates maximum 4 guests, in the main house there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, remote controlled air conditions, mosquito net and a fan within the net. The second twin room has a separate shower. The third is a guest cottage behind the main house with twin beds also well-equipped like the other two bedrooms if the guests are 6. The house has a large swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Mida Creek from the roof top terrace which is ideal for sundowner, evening dinner out or relaxation for in house guests.  Note upstairs bedroom are used by the owner and used only when upcountry. The kitchen is fully serviced and there is a resident cook, pool attendant, housekeeper, guard and there are two residents dog which always give guest accompany.  Back up is also available in case of power outage.


Casuarina House is a two bedroom colonial styled beach house nestled high enhancing panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. The house is surrounded by indigenous forest and has a direct sandy path to Watamu Marine Park.
The house has two twin bedrooms and one has en-suite bathroom while the other twin room shares with the extra sleeping area that accommodates 2. The house is well staffed with house keeper and a security guard. However, a cook can be included at a small fee.


Trinket Cottage is a newly built two bedroom cottage on the same beach plot with Bijou Cottage and Little Gem.  All bedrooms have double bedrooms with en-suite shower and all fitted with overhead fan and mosquito net. The cottage has a modern kitchen; housekeeper, living and dining are all fully furnished. There is also a sitting area outside. The cottage has a direct access to Turtle beach and Watamu Marine Park.


Bijou Cottage is a two bedroom guesthouse on a beach front few meters away from Watamu Marine Park and the beach. The cottage is convenient for kite-Surfers as is on the kite surfing area along the beach. It’s a double bedroom and a twin room fitted with mosquito nets, overhead fan, air conditions (optional) and en-suite shower. There is a living and dining area. Accommodates a maximum of 4 guests but a group can take Little Gem and Trinket Cottage and has a housekeeper. There is a power back up.


Plantation is a two bedroom cottage right on the beaches of Watamu next to Ocean sports and Hemingway’s Hotel.  It is located on the same plot with Plantation house which enable a group to take either houses or 4 guest takes one property. It has two double bedrooms well fitted with mosquito net, overhead fan, air conditions and en-suite shower.  The living are has a satellite TV and a dining table for up 6 guests. Plantation cottage has its own swimming pool, housekeeper, cook, night guard and has a power back up.



The little gem is a self-contained two bedroom house next to the beach. The house shares the swimming pool with Trinket and Bijou cottage as the share the same plot.  All the two double bedrooms are fitted with mosquito net, overhead fan, air conditions and en-suite shower.  There is a living and dining area outside roofed with Makuti. Little Gem is staffed with a house keeper and cook is provided at an extra cost.
