Abora cottage is a 3
bedroom self-catering bungalow which accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and it’s
just few minutes’ walk to the beach. The
house is set in a lovely tropical garden with ponds, one with a fountain and
another with a waterfall. The cottage
has one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one twin room with en-suite shower
and the third room is a twin room that shares the bathroom with the living
area. The rooms are equipped with mosquito net and overhead fan. There is also
a large swimming pool.
The kitchen fully serviced with a cook / house keeper in the rooms and
night guard.
Acacia is a family home
with three bedroom set on a one acre lush garden just a few minutes away from
the public beach access. The cottage has three double rooms with a master
bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing one bathroom. The
cottage has air-conditions, mosquito nets and overhead fan. The spacious and
cosy cottage also has a fully furnished kitchen, swimming pool, dining and
living area. The property is staffed
with cook and a gate guard.
Amani apartments are
privately owned three bedroom self-catering apartments adjoining each has three
bedrooms and 3 bathrooms within a secure compound overlooking the magnificent
Blue Bay in Watamu. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditions and mosquito
nets and both apartments have outside and inside sitting area. There are two swimming
pools and a tennis court. These apartments are well guarded and have a personal
cook who is well versed with Italian and Kenyan cuisines.
Baobab is a three bedroom
house set on the edge of Watamu Marine Park with spectacular views of the
Indian Ocean across the infinity pool. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms,
mosquito nets and overhead fans with master bedroom air-conditioned. Downstairs
is a living area with dining table while upstairs is a makuti topped are with
magnificent views of the pool and ocean. This upstairs area can be used as a
room with extra bed. The house is fully furnished and staffed with cook and
night guard.
Volandrella house is
three bedroom house set on the edge of Watamu Bay beach. The cosy house accommodates 6 guests with
double bedrooms which are fitted with mosquito net, air-condition, overhead fan
and en-suite shower. On the ground floor is a fully furnished kitchen and
downstairs cloakroom for guests. The dining ares has DVD player, TV and
overhead fan.
Blue Bay Penthouse 1 is a
privately owned 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment on a 2 floor of a three storey
building in the exclusive 12 apartment complex of Blue Bay Cove Watamu. The
house accommodates 6 guests with its master bedroom balcony overlooking the beautiful
Indian Ocean. The entire three bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets, overhead
fans, en-suite bathroom and air-conditions. The living area is open plan
incorporating the kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting area. The living room balcony
overlooks garden of the Blue Bay Cove and the Ocean and has a TV, and Wi-Fi.
The Penthouse share a swimming pool with other 12 apartments.
Blue Bay Penthouse 4 is also
privately owned 3 bedroom penthouse apartment set over the upper two floors of
a three storey building in an exclusive 12 apartment’s complex of Blue Bay Cove
in Watamu. The Penthouse has three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests with
its master bedroom balcony overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. The entire
three bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets, overhead fans, en-suite bathroom
and air-conditions. The living area is open plan incorporating the kitchen with
breakfast bar and sitting area.
Naishi house is a beachfront self-catering three bedroom house set high
on a ridge with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean from the house and the
small infinity swimming pool. All bedrooms and the living area face the ocean.
All three bedroom have air-condition, overhead fans, mosquito nets and en-suite
bathrooms. The house also has a covered roof terrace with two Lamu beds and
en-suite bathroom.
Backup generator is also available. The house is well staffed with a
cook, housekeeper and a guard. The house accommodates maximum 6 guests.
Castaway is a three bedroom cottage on a four acre piece of land right
on the beach. The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests. The double bedroom are
well fitted with air-condition, overhead fans and mosquito nets. The house also
has a cook.
Kanani House is a private house set on a 6 acre garden with a
magnificent view of the Indian Ocean. The roofs for each room are traditionally
that to maintain cool breeze. All three
bedrooms have mosquito nets, overhead fans and the living area is also housed
in a separate rondavel. The property also has a spectacular 10M infinity
swimming pool with sunbeds around it and beach access although not possible during
high tides. The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children. There are
dogs in the plot therefore no other pets allowed.
Crystal Bay Apartments are 2 privately owned three bedroom apartments on
a two storey building. One apartment is on the ground floor and the other one
on the first floor. All three bedrooms are well kept with fitted
air-conditioned, mosquito nets, overhead fans and en-suite bathrooms. The cosy
living areas lead out to a covered terrace for the ground apartment and a large
open balcony for the upstairs both overlooking the garden and out to the
stunning Indian Ocean. Both apartments share a swimming pool within the
compound. The hotel section of Crystal Bay has a pizza restaurant.
Each apartment is staffed with a house keeper but no cook. However, the
cook can be added at an extra cost.
Kikapu house is a three bedroom house in the main house and now an
additional 2 bedroom house with a stunning view of the Blue Bay beach. The house
is built on a sand dune with the main house has two doubles and one twin room
all fitted with mosquito nets, overhead fan and en-suite bathroom. The master
bedroom has a private verandah with views out over the Indian Ocean. The living
area is spacious with DSTV and Wi-Fi.
The cottage has additional two bedrooms, one double and one twin both
with mosquito nets, overhead fan and en-suite bathroom. The swimming pool has a
lovely Robinson Crusoe-style pool house with a seating area, dining table and a
bar. There is also an entertainment are
with ocean view. In front of the pool house is a further sundowner spot on the
beachfront with deck chairs. The house is staffed with a cook. The property can
accommodate maximum 10 guests.
Tikiti Maji is a three bedroom Makuti house tipped in the Mida forest
area of Watamu. The house has 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with
double bedrooms having and en-suite bathroom and the twin has access to a third
bathroom. Upstairs in the Makuti roof space
is a double bed with toilet and shower that can be used and an extra bedroom.
The kitchen is fully furnished. The house also has a pool with sunbeds and well
secured compound. The house accommodates 6.
The Pavillion house is a three bedroom beach front house on the Turtle
Bay Beach. The house is 1.6 KM from the
beach. The house accommodates maximum 6 guests and all three bedrooms have twin
beds fitted with mosquito nets and air-conditions. There is also a TV room with
DSTV and a large swimming pool. The kitchen is fully furnished with a cook. The
house is secured by a guard.
Medina Beach Villa is a privately owned three bedroom beach villa in
Medina Palms Resort. Set over three floors giving it’s a fantastic view across
Watamu Marine Park and the Indian Ocean. The ground floor has a double bedroom
fitted with mosquito net, overhead fan, dressing room, air-conditions and en-suite
bathroom. The ground floor also has a fully furnished kitchen with its window
overlooking the beach and Medina Resorts swimming pool.
Master bedroom is on the first floor with en-suite bathroom, TV, private
ocean view balcony and the third bedroom also on the same floor has en-suite
bathroom but covered balcony. The roof top floor has a covered living area with
roof-top plunge pool, shower room, kitchenette and a bar. The roof-top has a
magnificent view of Medina Palms and the sea.
The beach villa is serviced daily and note some products and services provided
by Medina Resort are not offered by the Villa.
