Desert Rose Resort Kenya

Desert Rose Resort is located in the extremely remote and fantastic wild of Northern Kenya on the slopes of Mt. Nyiru which towers majestically on the southern Lake Turkana. Desert Rose is a unique eco friendly  lodge which consist of five unique houses accommodating up to 12 people, 2 cottages with double beds, 2 twin and a family house. The houses are entirely secluded which guarantees comfort and intimacy. All are hand-made and individually designed around various natural features. Impala Wildlife Sanctuary Kisumu

Impala Wildlife is a unique sanctuary set on the shore of Lake Victoria, the largest freshwater lake in Africa, the Sanctuary is a peaceful, relaxing place to enjoy the natural beauty that abounds here. The sanctuary hosts impalas, the rare Sitatunga antelope as well as big cats, buffalos, giraffes, cheetahs and several primate species. The sanctuary is also home to five campsites all with spectacular views of Lake Victoria. Bird watching, nature walks and glass bottomed boat rides compliment the activities availed at the sanctuary.

Chui Lodge Naivasha

Chui lodge is set on 18,000 acre of Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary on dry escarpments of Rift Valley. There are 8 en suite well-spaced luxurious cottages each with its own veranda and views of the Rift Valley escarpment and the sanctuary. Naiberi is truly nature’s own creation, designed to take its guests as far back as the Stone Age with a little touch of modern day luxury. It is created on a hilly forested tribal land, which was once home to members of the ancient Sirikwa tribe. Preserved on the site are excavations with stone sides, commonly called Sirikwa holes, which are believed to have been roofed and occupied by the inhabitants of the bygone age.

Marsabit National Park

Marsabit National Park is a green paradise in the middle of the desert in the northern Kenya Region. densely forested mountain and three crater lakes provide a haven for a variety of bird-life, mammals and reptiles. The beautiful Marsabit National Park is a refuge for huge tusked bull elephants. Hikes in the dense forest, wreathed in mist can be enjoyed along with camel rides, bird watching and visits to the singing wells. The forest is home to a wide variety of wildlife such as Elephants, Rhino, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Greater Kudu, Endangered Grevy zebra and Reticulated Giraffe.Lake Paradise at the bottom of the volcanic Crater of Gof Sokorte Guda is ringed with scenic forest and the birding is fantastic. It is also a refuge for the rare Lammergeyer Vulture and also diversity of butterfly species.

Saiwa Swamp National Park

Saiwa Swamp National Park is the smallest park in Kenya with only 3 Km2.The park ecosystem comprises of swamp riverine forest, sedge and acacia woodland. It's a home of the rare and endangered semi aquatic Sitatunga Antelope and also De Brazzas Monkey. The park is most popular to ornithologist, the forest and has abundant birdlife like Narina Trogon the collared and orange-tufted sunbird, the yellow bishop, Hartlaub’s marsh widow bird and Ross’s turacos which are difficult to miss.
